Refunds and Returns


We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase but for any reason you are not we can offer a full refund within 10 days of delivery (excluding original delivery charge) 

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

Delivery charges are only refundable where item(s) are faulty or damaged and a refund is made.

If you would like to return any items to us please ensure it is protected for its journey as we cannot be held responsible for items which are lost or damaged in transit and we may not be able to refund you. 

The cost for returning an item will be the responsibility of the customer.  Please ensure items are returned using an insured and fully tracked delivery service. 


Each item is thoroughly checked prior to posting but should it arrive damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we can resolve this swiftly for you. We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after this period. 

We will also require photographs of both the damaged item and the packaging so we can report this to the carrier company.
